Returns & Refund Policy

At Online Mangoes Pakistan (OMP), we treat your payments as an Amanat (trust). Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and centered around your satisfaction.

1. Cancellations & Pre-Delivery Refunds

We understand that plans can change. You can claim a full refund or cancel your booking at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been dispatched from our Multan farms, it cannot be canceled or refunded as our products are perishable.

2. Damaged or Quality Issues

Since we deal with fresh, organic produce, we take every precaution in packaging. However, if your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled due to transit issues, we offer the following solutions based on the severity of the damage:

  • Partial Refund: Calculated based on the quantity of damaged items.
  • Free Replacement: We will ship a fresh batch to cover the loss.
  • Special Discount: A credit for your next order, whichever you prefer.
