Returns And Refund
We can accept returns/replacements for orders placed on onlinemangoes.pk within 7 days of purchase. onlinemangoes.pk offers hassle-free returns which means the items can easily be replaced, or returned provided the product is unused and/or not damaged. The product must be returned in its original packing along with the order details.
How to Return / Exchange:
If you wish to return/exchange an item within 7 days of purchase, please contact customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process. You will need to mail the items to our Multan office as indicated by our customer service team, with your Order ID indicated clearly on the outside of the package. Once your return is processed (10 days after receipt of items) we will issue a refund to the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
